Delivery Information
- Delivery time for hot tubs is 3–5 weeks, depending on the season. Order placed after 23rd of June will be delivered in 6-7 weeks only due holiday season in the factory.
- Deliveries are made using a car trailer. The trailer is 255 cm wide, so a minimum access width of 270 cm is required for the vehicle to reach the delivery point.
- We do not provide any lifting over steps, walls, fences, or obstacles.
- If lifting is required, the customer must arrange lifting equipment or sufficient manpower.
- For positioning and installation of the hot tub, the minimum access width required is 110 cm.
- The ground must be firm and level, as we use a pallet truck with small wheels. Soft ground, gravel, or uneven surfaces may prevent delivery.
- We deliver to mainland UK.
- For deliveries to UK islands, please contact us before ordering.
- Any damage to lawns, flower beds, or driveways caused by narrow or difficult access routes is the customer’s responsibility.
- We strongly recommend discussing the delivery process and access conditions with us before placing an order.
Accepting goods:
If the product is delivered with visible transit damage to the outer packaging, this must be noted when signing the carrier’s delivery note or handheld device. If it is clear that the entire item has been damaged during transit, you may refuse the delivery and request that a replacement unit is sent.
When unpacking the goods, if you discover a manufacturing fault or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery, you do not need to return the full set.
Please contact our Customer Service Department, and we will arrange for the necessary replacement parts to be sent.
All claims must be reported to RG Hot Tubs Ltd within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.
