Important Access Requirements

• Ensure the route to the final location is suitable.
• We do not provide lifting equipment and cannot lift over fences, walls, buildings, or obstacles.
• The driver can move the hot tub using a pallet truck only, and only on firm, level ground.
• If lifting or carrying is required, the customer must provide enough manpower.
• The driver cannot assist with manual lifting.
